World Wide Packets teams with Sprint

October 24, 2005 Spokane Valley, WA -- World Wide Packets, a provider of Carrier Ethernet access networking platforms, has announced an agreement with Sprint North Supply, a division of Sprint Nextel, to provide active Ethernet platforms delivering up to 10-Gbit/sec connectivity. The agreement is expected to expand World Wide Packets' presence among Sprint's customer base, while allowing Sprint North Supply to expand into the market for Ethernet access equipment.

Sprint North Supply is a distributor of single-source, integrated product and service platforms to the communications industry.

According to a press release, World Wide Packets is currently presenting its products as part of Sprint North Supply's nationwide "FTTx Technology Tour."
