Offers Local Options for Calibration, Routine Service of JDSU Communications Test and Measurement Tools
Milpitas, Calif., June 14, 2007 – JDSU today announced a program designed to expand and localize the reach of JDSU's industry-leading test and measurement services, including upgrades and certified on-site calibration. In the initial phase of the Authorized Service Partner Program, JDSU has signed four companies with close geographic proximity and expertise specific to the requirements of JDSU cable operator customers. It gives customers a quick, reliable and efficient option to fulfill the standard service requirements of their test tools.
The program, currently addressing JDSU's cable network operator customers in regions across the U.S., offers customers the convenient option of using an authorized partner located near their facility for local product pick-up and return for standard calibration and basic service of JDSU test tools. It will help reduce downtime and increase productivity of field technicians. Partner companies include:
- Jones Broadband International (Western U.S.)
- Alpha Technologies Services (Lower Midwest and Southeast U.S.)
- Fiber Node Service (Upper Midwest)
- Hayes Instrument (Northeast)
