Phyworks chose Jazz Semiconductor's 0.35 and 0.18 micron Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS processes to design a high-speed networking portfolio of ICs, including transimpedance amps (TIAs) and integrated laser drivers and limiting amplifiers.
