FTTx modules and components market to surpass $1.5B in 2011, says CIR
August 17, 2006 Charlottesville, VA -- According to a newly released report from CIR, "FTTx: The Opportunities for Components Suppliers," the market for modules and components used in FTTx networks will grow from an estimated $629 million this year to over $1.5 billion in 2011.
Norkring places new order with Net Insight
August 17, 2006 Stockholm, Sweden -- Norkring, owned by Telenor AS, with nationwide transmission networks for television and radio, has placed a new order with Net Insight under the frame agreement signed in May. The equipment will be delivered this year and is part of the digital terrestrial TV network in Norway, which will be built and operated by Norkring on behalf of Norway's Television AS (NTV).
Report: Carrier Ethernet market grows 100% annually

Taiwan's APTG taps Alcatel for transport network upgrade

PSI-TEC secures fabrication facility
